Please use all capital letters when inputting your shipping address. The post office requires that all addresses be in capital letters to prevent the possibility of confusion. Exchange and Refund Policy:
1. Mechanically defective Video/DVD/CD or media downloads may be exchanged for the same title only and within 10 days of purchase.
2. Video/DVD/CD/Media Downloads or Books may not be be returned for reasons based on content.
3. Books will be exchanged if damaged in shipping and only for the same title. They must be returned to our office by return mail for exchange to be effective.
4. Exchanges will be made ONLY upon receipt of defective merchandise.
5. No refunds will be made for merchandise that is not defective.
